"Very nice and clean hotel! Reception was closed but I got very detailed instructions before arrival on how to retreive my key and find the room. I was also gifted sweets and wine. I loved that the fridge was bigger than usual hotel fridges/minibar. I also got the breakfast, which was served at a nearby café, and I got my breakfast served at the table. Very cozy place and everything was tasty! Highly recommend this hotel!"

"What a beautiful hotel just minutes from the port and the central area. We easily walked over from the ferry, and it was simple to launch explorations of the city and its surrounding areas from this location. The staff are very attentive, and the drinks at the bar after a day of touring are well prepared. We also enjoyed a treatment at the spa, which was a perfect conclusion to our 15-day tour of Greece. Recommend if you are coming to Heraklion!"

"Room was excellent, staff helpful and breakfast mostly good. We were told "no water every day," when we asked for more bottled water, and one worker elected to clean the cappuccino maker at the beginning of the breakfast period, so "no cappuccino every day," as well! "

"Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be in the central area of Heraklion. The area does feel sketchy because of where it’s located but it’s a really safe area. There’s a lot of restaurants and stores that’s only a few minutes walking distance from the hotel which was nice.
