"Amazing experience from the time we arrived and through out. Have been to many countries and stayed in affluent hotels. St Regis Doha was a whole different kind of special. Yes the building and the structure was amazing, but the spine of this hotel us surely the staff. Hussnain from the butler service, Kazi, Basit and the manager in the vine were amazing. They make the experience so personal. Ouma in guest relations made us feel as part of the family. Uthman with his breakfast to beach role was such a pleasure. The whole team collectively , as can not recall everyones names make the hotel a home for the time your there. Thank you being brilliant. See you all in september in sha Allah"

"The hotel is funky and looks amazing at night, it’s huge! There is everything you could ever need on site - well stocked supermarket, restaurants, gym, pool area. We stayed in Tower 4, it’s run down, outdated and worn out BUT it serves the purpose of a practical hotel room with a comfortable bed and ample space and in fact the view was amazing from the bedroom window (42028) and I would stay there again. The room could have been cleaned every day if we wanted but we opted for an eco friendly approach and got it cleaned twice during 7 days. Not enough amenities in the bathroom but could always ask for more. It was clean enough but not immaculate or perfect. Water bottles provided whenever needed. Staff throughout were great and helpful anywhere in the hotel. The location is central and very easy to get about everywhere by any mode of transport including walking. The breakfast was good, lots of choice, but ends at 10.30 which feels very early when you’re on vacation. The lifts take a really long time - be prepared for that. Everything takes a while to get around because it’s such a big hotel. It wasn’t the best hotel by any means, a lot of room for improvement, but it was a very pleasant stay and good if you spend most of your time out and about. The majority of the reviews for the place don’t give it justice. "
