One night and last night
I stayed here for 1 night and never again. Was given room 2611 and it was an adjoining room. I could hear the kids next door all night. Then the temperature control in the room doesn’t work! It stays at 24C all night! The pillow and duvet is cheap quality and not cotton so it feels really hot! I normally stay opposite my favourite hotel and will continue doing so. Last time in St Giles

Check in was a breeze and the staff was warm and helpful. With Expedia's VIP Acess, we were given the chance for early check in but we were informed that we won't get a room with view. We decided to wait for the room and took up the complimentary welcome drinks for our fave room to be made up.

a box of tissue papers and 2 bottles of water !
This is a very eco-friendly hotel to the extend they do not even provide a single bottle of mineral water. So you get an empty jug and if you need water, you can fill it up at the corridor lift lobby on your room level. There is also no kettle, means I could not wash the cup or jug. I had no choice but to check on the room service but a bottle of Wembley mineral water cost MYR 13! There is also no tissue box in the room. I think these small little details dampen my stay. If I ever stay here again, I will bring my own box of tissues and bottles of water.

Begin 2020 5 nachten gelogeerd en het was uitstekend bevallen, in december 2023 besloten om er 3 nachten te slapen maar nu beviel het absoluut niet. De kamers zijn erg verouderd, een beetje onderhoud kan geen kwaad. Het ontbijtbuffet viel ontzettend tegen, het was er ook erg druk dus vaak waren de schalen leeg of weinig keuze en vanwege - hoogstwaarschijnlijk personeelstekort - kon het even duren voordat je weer wat kon pakken. Het internet was ook erg langzaam, omdat ik klaagde heb ik een router op mijn kamer gekregen maar een snelle verbinding was het absoluut niet. Kortom, ik zal niet meer mijn keuze op dit hotel laten vallen - het vriendelijk personeel probeerde wel zoveel mogelijk de klachten op te lossen, helaas lukt het niet altijd. Perfect hotel for a weekend getaway! My partner and I stayed here upon recommendation from our family and feel we made the right choice staying here. Our room was spacious, and the shower had excellent water pressure! Our city view on the 26th floor was beautiful, and the area surrounding the hotel was picturesque and convenient for eating at local hawker centers. Would recommend! My only recommendation/area for improvement would be the air conditioning in our room. Although it did work and did cool our room, it only ever reached 24 degrees Celsius which was fine, but we would have preferred cooler. The room service was excellent as well! Though one area for improvement there would be having them stay open past 10pm.
