Pretty decent budget hotel. Our first room was a queen room which faced the road. This was soooo noisy, we literally could not sleep. The windows are rubbish and couldn't really close properly. We asked to move in the morning and they moved us into a twin room, this was so much better. We slept much better and were happy they could move us. If they were fully booked this would have been an issue as we couldn't have slept in the original room. The room itself was pretty nice. Comfy bed, nice towels (which makes a change in a budget hotel!). The water fountain was a nice touch, it meant we didn't have to buy loads of water and waste lots of plastic bottles. They said they wouldn't come in the room unless we asked them too. I think this is a bit lazy really. I am happy to not have the bed changed every day etc and not have fresh towels as this is better for the environment, but they could pop in sweep/mop the floors, empty the bins and top up tea and coffee.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused during your stay. For the soundproofing issue we at the hotel provide earplugs for the guest. May request it at the reception for the earplug. Also, Housekeeping only will be provided if the guest requests the front desk to clean the room. If there is no request made by the guest to clean the room then the hotel staff won't be entering the room. The reason why, we do not enter the room without the customer's request is that because there will customer's belongings inside the room. Hopefully, we love to host you again in the future by giving you a comfortable stay with us.

We stayed in a family room which is big, clean and cosy. Location is good but our room lacked a window. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a nice Thai Restaurant next door.

Enjoyed my stay here. The twin room was pretty large - so nice esp since it's renovated shophouse model - and very comfortable. Love the space - great for packing luggage. Bed was comfortable- not too hard not too soft. Shower was great and bathroom brightly lit. Enjoy the fact that getting Grab was convenient and fast. There is a smaller road right at the Hotel lobby door so it is safer for boarding and alighting Grab. Wonderful that there are yummy food nearby. So pleased and pleasantly surprised thatthe famous Sister Yao char kway kak and Michelin recommended Lor Mee & Prawn Mee are soooo nearby! We are pretty close to city centre and it is very quick to get to the attractions. Love it! Some issues with aircon and charging points but i think it is a problem with electricity in an old building. Luckily we could change our room to another one. Do check appliances and electric points etc properly so you can get help to resolve it fast.

Loud noisy rooms (Queen)
The hotel is clean, nice. However guests should stay away from the Queen bedrooms, they are noisy and loud from the road traffic below. Only queen bed rooms face the road side. Its so loud you may as well just sleep by the road side. Hotel should just brick up the windows or glass them up.

Le service ; super !! La seule chose, le déjeuner offert est très tard ( pour moi ), et il manquait de savon / shampooing dans la chambre. Très bruyant on est sur la rue , ça prend des bouchons. Mais je personnel à tout ce fait pour m’accommoder

Nice staff. Rooms are very clean and have a nice design. Only negative is that the rooms have very thin windows so you'll hear the traffic very loud in the nights.

Good location...near to Komtar.Lots of food stalls nearby...No doubt its quite noisy at times due to hotel is along main road,we enjoyed our stay here.

優点: 1. 位置优越, 可步行到光大及大部份景点、食店 2. 新裝修酒店, 設施新 3. 員工笑容滿面, 樂於解答問題 缺点: 1. 3人房但只有一張凳 2. 浴室沒有浴簾, 沖完涼成地水 3. 免費早餐員得一款英式早餐, 悶 4. 沒有电梯, 雖然酒店只有兩層 5. 酒店地下有酒吧, 晚上有噪音

Stay was for only 2 nights and overall experience was pleasant. Room was noisy though as it was next to the main street. Breakfast was simple and not worth eating.
