No lights in the hallway until night time and it’s dim red. Owners are rude, unprofessional and lack customer service. I honestly do not know how they stay open or why Expedia would advertise for them. "

"It was clean and a nice place to stay. The balcony overlooks the ocean but you're on a hill. It was easy to find and everything was available. Going up to the loft can be tricky, so if you're not good at balancing, not a good idea to sleep upstairs. We had a baby and it was easy to carry him upstairs."

The staff were super helpful and very patient with me since I did not speak Korean or know my way around the instant ramen cooker. "The cleaning was regular every morning. As a motel, there wasn't any cooking facilities and I had to eat all my meals outside, which was not ideal. There was a smell of cigarettes as if someone before me had smoked, and that smell didn't go away for days. The cleaning could have been improved on that front. "
