Location right near fish market and restaurants. Excellent for short stay but would stay near beach long stay. Hotel excellent for price with a good breakfast. Only critism is toilet a little cramped

The location was one of the biggest highlights—it’s conveniently situated close to markets, making it easy to explore and pick up local goods. Getting around was also incredibly simple, with the subway and other transportation options just a short walk away.
The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Everything felt convenient and accessible, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable.
I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

Really good hotel, super close to metro station and market area. The rooms are big, clean and comfy. The only con is that some parts of the furniture are old and a bit broken
Pros: great location.
Cons: small rooms, family were located on different floors despite booking 6 months in advance, toilets cannot take toilet paper which is common in Busan BUT cleaning only offered once during 3 day stay which was unhygienic. Also very noisy at night and had people trying to enter bedroom at 2am multiple times which was quite scary.

Ho soggiornato una notte al Griffin Bay Hotel scegliendolo per la sua posizione strategica all'interno di Busan, che si è rivelata davvero ottima. Esteriormente la struttura lascia ben sperare: l'hotel è molto bello e il personale si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile, tanto da custodirci i bagagli anche dopo il check-out, un servizio davvero apprezzato. Purtroppo però le stanze non rendono giustizia né alla bellezza estetica dell'hotel né alla categoria 4 stelle: si percepisce una manutenzione carente, con arredi datati, tovaglie con buchi, coperte bucate e moquette sporca, dettagli che stridono fortemente con l'immagine che l'hotel trasmette dall'esterno. Scrivo questa recensione con spirito costruttivo, nella speranza che possa essere utile a migliorare i servizi offerti, così che la clientela internazionale, e in particolare quella europea, possa trarre pieno beneficio da una struttura che ha tutte le carte in regola per offrire un'esperienza davvero eccellente.

I was on the 13th floor, the elevator was a bit slow. The bed was comfortable, clean didnt have any issues. The bathroom toilet did get clogged and when i told the staff on my last night, she was quick to help. I enjoyed the staff very much, they were helpful and understood english especially when i explained i had clogged the toilet. Shops near by, amazing. Walking distance towards everything. Great selection of food and restaurants around the area. On the first floor is a convenience store which was great. A back behind would.be yhe sea food market which was great but overwhelming, in front if the underground shopping and across the street is BIFF square. A lot of street food, bus stop was close by and the subway.

Upon early arrival I waited several hours, spoke to the front desk, and decided not to stay because the property was not as shown in the Expedia listing and felt unsafe and unclean — especially as I was traveling only with my daughter. They immediately said no hot water and air as there is an issue with the plumbing. The front of the hotel, lobby and lobby bathroom is shared with a convenience store.

객실은 전체적으로 깨끗하고 자갈치시장에서 접근성이 좋아서 이 근처에서 저녁먹고 술한잔 하고 오기에 좋아요 1층에 편의점이 있어서 편해요
Our first time staying at this Busan area, was disappointed with the property (compared to the pictures we saw online). Didn’t know the building was this old, it’s hard to find. (We entered the building and didn't even see signs says the hotel name or where the reception was, obviously it wasn’t on the first floor nor at the front). This looks more like the US apartment type to me. Only thing we appreciate was at least the cleanliness in our room was decent. I’m not sure if all other hotels in the area are similar, I think next time we will just stay at the Haeundae area.
