"We arrived after midnight, tired and hungry the helpful person at the front desk let us know that if we wanted to go out (we absolutely did not) we might find a place open nearby or we could purchase the frozen meals from their freezer and they would heat them up for us we liked the look of the lasagna, the man brought it to our room along with drinks, plates and utensils. The room had everything we needed and check out wasn’t until 12 noon we really got some quality sleep during that time. I ran down right before breakfast closed to bring back some food to our room and all of it, was well cooked and delicious. The front desk called us a taxi and we headed for our Cruise. I would definitely return, for a longer break."

"Everyone was friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the elevators were functioning perfectly! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return. However, do not walk around the port at night time. The area changes and it becomes very sketchy. "

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. There was hardly any staff available, and no one was there to assist us properly. We even had to carry all our luggage upstairs ourselves, as there was no staff to help. The room was extremely dirty — especially the floor. It was so unclean that I had to ask for slippers just to be able to walk inside the room. Instead of bringing them to my room, I was told to go down to the reception and collect them myself. This is not the level of service I expect from a hotel of this standard. Very disappointing experience overall."

"The room was just ok. When I asked if the could bring an iron to room I was told I need to go downstairs to the business room where they have an iron and board setup. Never seen that before."

"Imposing modern hotel handily placed for exploring Genoa. Very welcoming staff who take care of your needs. Excellent breakfast provided to get you started. On the expensive side, but highly recommended. "
