"Regretfully there was Fire alarm testing and wall drilling during my stay. Not pleaseant after a long flight and you want to sleep. Breakfast was really good with Fresh baked Bread and pastries"

"The walls are thin. We were woken up by noise from the next room. We first heard hangers rattling and voices. You shouldn't hear hangers or voices from the next room. I assume the banging we heard was something like suitcases being set on the hard floor. The bed and pillows were the best of the three hotels we stayed in on this trip."

"Very comfortable Hotel Staff is excellent Breakfast buffet is pricey Enjoyed the early morning coffee and light snacks if you need to leave early. This was the only Hotel we visited that had that option. Would stay again!"

"The hotel itself is great. The breakfast was good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is right at the Train station and seems unsafe at night. There is nothing to do around the hotel, choices of restaurants are limited. There are a few fast food and sandwich shops in the train station as well as a supermarket. Getting to the airport is very easy using the Train and very inexpensive compared to taxi."

"It was excellent. The location for us was perfect because it was right across the street from the train station, which is so convenient. Our days are so full we dont need prime location spots. I like when I can ditch my luggage quickly on arrival. The hotel was so clean as has been every place I've been in Europe. The front desk guy was great, so helpful and sweet. If I had to say anything, the lighting in the room was very poor, but not a deal breaker in any way."

"The hotel itself was nice overall, and the staff were friendly, professional, and spoke multiple languages, which was very helpful. However, for a 5-star airport hotel, there were several disappointing aspects that felt hard to overlook. The restaurant was decent, but extremely overpriced. The only available room with two beds was incredibly small, and despite the photos suggesting there was a patio or balcony area, it was actually just large windows that did not open at all. Having no access...

"It's an absolutely perfect location for exploring Brussels. A ton of shops, cafes, and restaurants, St Hubert Gallerie, The Grand Place... all within easy walking distance. Highly recommend this area."
