"Hotel was nice a central to local amenties shops etc. Close to the seaside and to local sight seeing and castle. No hair dryer in room as advertised and some masking tape round one of the door frames which showed signs of recent re decoration. No aircon and surroundings noisy some nights early morning deliveries and bootle emptying. Overall would probably stay there again if down that way."

"Lovely individual suite / pod with fabulous bathroom, really comfortable bed, and usual facilities. It was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and welcoming."

"Lovely gardens. Great location to walk Snowdon or get the train. Particularly wonderful food, bravo to the team. Room we stayed in was a box room, absolutely tiny, and the toilet/shower room was not a full arms width from side to side, and for a big lad that was most uncomfortable. The window in our room opened about an inch then fell back closed again, so no air was able to get in or out of a stiflingly hot room. We noticed other rooms did have windows that opened a lot, note to self!!! For any future stay I will talk direct to the hotel to get the room I want, thereโs just not enough information on Expedia, I feel. The restaurant was busy which is a good sign, as I say, the food really was excellent. In the village of Llanberis, I donโt know that you could do better."

"Arriving around 8pm, the car spaces around the hotel were full, so I was directed to the public car park which was close by, and took the final space."

"The rooms were decent and very clean, and all the equipment worked perfectly. While the mattress was just so-so for the price, the breakfast spread was very decent and well-made, and the staff were happy to accommodate my omelette request on three of the five days. The real highlight was the outdoor seating area in the evening. Sitting there and taking in the view of the lush green hill and the open space around the lagoon was fantasticโit became my favourite place to unwind peacefully for forty to fifty minutes every evening."

"We only stopped for one night, our room was ok rear view, everything worked it was clean and tidy and for the price all good. Just no parking at the premises paid ยฃ10 for a day and evening."
