"The hotel looks brand new. Catching the shuttle was very easy from TYS and it literally across the street from the airport. Perfect, if you have to catch a five am flight the next morning. Customer service was excellent. Only a five minute uber ride from restaurand shopping."

"Price reflected the property. Taking that into consideration, I have no complaints. The AC worked, fridge and microwave worked, hot running water, and the bed appeared clean with no lingering smells, the basics, the necessities. "Upon arrival, no one was tending to the front desk. Another customer walked in and stated he believes they went to the airport. The room smelled clean but the sink had red toothpaste in it from a previous customer. I killed 2 water bugs inside the room and the bed was hard and lumpy"

"The hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel."
