Lacking the Little Things

House was very nice, clean, beds very comfortable! Nice bouquet of fresh flowers to greet us. Was charged 100% when I booked, then got the contract that said I would only be charged 50% down & the remainder 30 days prior. When I questioned, it was non-negotiable. Had a fireplace but according to the contract you are not allowed to use it. We were given 1 garbage bag for 3 days, a small bag of coffee but no filters and a funeral/travel tissues per bathroom. Not like most vacations homes I have rented in the past. Be prepared to bring everything you might need!
