Also, we asked for clean wash cloths and hand towels, and to empty the trash can. The dirty towels were on the floor next to the trash can, but were not picked up. Who empties the trash and leaves the dirty stuff on the floor? We had to go and ask for clean lines. Finally, I asked for a receipt. The desk help would not give me one, but would email me one. I...

"First issue was the front desk clerk and he ADA knowledge, her snide comments about my service dog were uncalled for and she asked illegal questions. Secondly, I did not feel safe. The local and people staying there were questionable. One even appeared to be growing weed in the window sill. The air conditioned did not work well and the room could have used a better cleaning…."

"The toilet would not stop running and had trouble flushing. We could not use the hot tub because it was too hot and people's skin was red to the point of hurting. The desk said they called someone, but it was unusable. It was what I was looking forward to at the end of the day. Desk person came and stuck his hand in it and said it was fine. Not acceptable."

"I hate they have to do $50 on yout card for incidentials amd you have to NV wait for it to fall off. Mine showed up twice. just put the card on file like everyone else...ugh Also chronic barking dogs on the 2nd floor Breakfast is decent and typically lowest price"

"They had breakfast each morning…same kinda items every day. The staff was nice and assisted if you needed additional items or help. I didn’t realize they only cleaned the room every three days… But apparently it was on a sign in the room… I still didn’t see it. The beds were uncomfortable… With one of the beds having a huge depression where it looks like someone sat there their entire life. They told me I can switch rooms, but we had everything unpacked so we just moved over to one side of...

"Kids were so excited to go swimming but the pool was freezing cold, they weren’t able to swim. Shower drain was plugged, water was backed up waiting to drain. Hole in the wall around one of the outlets. Sheetrock crumbling by the elevators. Tried to buy some snacks from the front desk but waited a long time & no one came. Parking lot is small & hard to maneuver around on a busy weekend."

"This was a great and affordable hotel. Clean, good service at check in and nice breakfast. The price was good for a clean place to sleep. Would recommend and stay again. We stayed nearby at a hotel almost double the price that left much to be desired. EverSpring was recommended to us by local family and we are glad we made the switch! Nicer experience, and saved money."

"The tv pixelated most of the weekend. Told the front desk they said it would be resolved on Saturday and it wasn’t. We thought rain was going to come into our room. By the looks of the ceiling in that corner it had happened. Phone didn’t work to call down to the front desk. Tried calling in my cellphone got hung up on the first time calling. Placed a long hold the second time. I eventually hung up. Neighbor’s next door had kids up most of the night."

"The hotel appeared OK until I showered, and I didn't see the issue until I was finished. There was visible mold on the bottom of the shower. I showed the picture to the front desk staff, who said she would address it. I was very rushed for the few days that I was there, so I didn't say anything until I was leaving."

"The room seemed clean. Bar, restaurant, and pool were closed. My remote battery cover broken so batteries kept falling out. Bedside lights didn’t work and only lamps were far from bed. AC unit rattled like crazy although it did work. Shower head was not adjustable. Anyway, just needs updating. Staff and room did their jobs for a night to sleep."
