"For $400 a night, I expected a much better experience at Live Casino Hotel. The room was not particularly clean, and the amenities were underwhelming at best. The property feels overpriced for what you actually get. There are definitely better options in the area that offer more value and a higher standard of cleanliness. I would not choose to stay here again."

Even though a local game made it easy for them to rebook the room, we were left $350 out of pocket. The manager dismissed our situation, and Expedia didn’t follow up. Disappointing customer care."
