"Property location exceeded expectations. It was central to most tourist attractions. Unfortunately, The room was very small and smelled musty after long day’s absence. the room was situated one floor above the restaurant and bar and it was noisy till 12 midnight. Our saving grace was that the hotel restaurant closed for two days during our stay and we were able to get some peace in quiet."

"This hotel was beyond beautiful and elegant-- the rooms, the front desk staff, the amenities were so lovely. The ambiance was stunning and it had that ultra high end boutique feel...The moment I walked in to my room it smelled so clean and fresh, it was just beyond beautiful (and FLAWLESSLY clean). The staff was so welcoming and helpful! I highly recommend staying here. The location is super central to everything you need. My only little note would be to add robes and slippers :)"

"Good location and generally easy to get to by metro, which has an exit less than 3 mins walk away. Easy access to the city centre and tourist attractions. Room is a bit small, but clean and comfortable. Great restaurants in the neighborhood. Highly recommended. "

"Reservamos una habitación económica y la verdad es que es mega pequeña, apenas había espacio para pasar al baño. En general está bien por el precio pero si debes estar consciente que es muy pequeño todo. El personal fue muy amable y nos regalaron un mapita. La ubicación es bastante buena porque puedes llegar caminando a muchos sitios. Lo que no me gustó es que no puedes abrir las ventanas entonces no hay ventilación más que el aire acondicionado y la primera noche salió un aroma muy...

"Très bel hôtel, chambre au dernier étage avec une magnifique terrasse donnant sur les toits de Madrid. Peti déjeuner exceptionnel accompagné d'un pianiste. Le bar rooftop et la piscine sont très agréables. Allez y les yeux fermés, vous ne pouvez pas être déçus de cet hôtel en plein centre ville de Madrid !"

"Great little hotel in a perfect location just off the main square. The staff were lovely and so helpful in every way. The room was good, bathroom a little dated but that did not matter. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, Would recommend for the great location as well as a little place steeped in history."

"Hotel was amazing. The staff was so kind and welcoming, and the location was perfect for sightseeing. Everything was easily walkable with great access to public transit. As a female solo traveller, I felt very safe throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding and pillows were excellent. Highly recommend!"
