"Paid for a suite and got a regular room. Could not get refund because I booked through Expedia. Fairfield inn gave away my prepaid suite and put me in a standard room and compensated me by throwing me bags of chips from their overpriced food shelf. Will not do Expedia again and will not do Fairfield ..."

"The hotel was poorly maintained in many areas. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming loose, as well in the hallways. The hallways also smelled of pot and smoke and there were fans running in the hallway to dry the spotty carpet."

"We had trouble getting into the apartment once in, it was a moldy smell with a huge stain on the carpet. The bathroom on the left has a visible hole over the toliet that leaks when im in the shower.
