"I gave a two star because there's no information on how to use the curtain and television especially at midnight, the light from outside and television was so bright. After I told them what happened, they gave us a tv remote control and a staff went to our room show us how to use the remote control for both tv and curtains. Hope they will explain so to future travelers when they check-in."

"Pictures do not reflect the reality of the rooms . Showers were not shown in the booking which should've been the start of a red flag. Built up black mold in the crevasses were found in the corners of the shower, a small one tube of a 2in1 shampoo nd conditioner for a 2 double room. Sheets were dirty and not cleaned even upon a known arrival. This inn is not worth booking as there is also lamps with stains as well as walls. Don’t spend your money here, scam of an experience."

"My stay was relaxing and very peaceful. The staff was courteous. I did not take the hot tub, but I knew it was available. Overall they did a very good job. I would come back when I can and recommend staying there."

"Is of course a big far from the city, but the hotel is in great shape, soft towels, clean rooms and spaces. Brakefast is ok, just 10 minutes from the airport and 1 hour from Niagara. I did enjoy my stay"
