"Pictures do not reflect the reality of the rooms . Showers were not shown in the booking which should've been the start of a red flag. Built up black mold in the crevasses were found in the corners of the shower, a small one tube of a 2in1 shampoo nd conditioner for a 2 double room. Sheets were dirty and not cleaned even upon a known arrival. This inn is not worth booking as there is also lamps with stains as well as walls. Don’t spend your money here, scam of an experience."

"The staff were ok. 4 stars not 3. Bring back kettles, cups and/mugs for tea or coffee. Real milk, not powdered milk thats gone hard. Bring back cotton sheets. Ones that dont light up with static every time you move. Cover the duvet inners. Our one was marked. Our room had a light just outside our room. It was on all night. We will not be returning to the Comfort Inn."

"Is of course a big far from the city, but the hotel is in great shape, soft towels, clean rooms and spaces. Brakefast is ok, just 10 minutes from the airport and 1 hour from Niagara. I did enjoy my stay"

"This Holiday Inn was amazing! I have stayed in a lot of different hotels for travelling sports, and this hotel was so clean!! The staff at the front desk was more than helpful and kind. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were constantly out refilling and cleaning! I would 10/10 recommend staying here and we will again if we ever need to travel out from the airport as well. "Pour une personne à mobilité réduite il est préférable de demander un premier étage qui ce trouve au niveau du parking. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Le Tim Horton sur le côté du parking est très pratique pour un déjeuner rapide le matin."
