"Accidently booked wrong date online. Contacted property, and expedia within minutes of booking and after 4 days of messing around was told nothing they can do. Had to pay for hotel stay for incorrect dates. I rebooked correct dates directly and figured when I checked in maybe talking to the manager would help. Nope. Ended up paying for 2 two night stays. 1st night we stepped out for a few hours to come back and find our room was flooded from the adjourning rooms toilet overflowing. They said we can vacuum up the water (which came from neighbors toilet) We insisted they move us to a different room which they did. "

"The food was horrible. There was bread for toast, but only old packs of jelly to put on it. There was some cereal and make it yourself waffles and nothing else. We were downgraded from a king to a double room and our request for adjoining rooms was not honoured. Definitely won't stay here again."
