"The hotel is clean and modern. Staff is friendly and helpful. Its location is unbeatable. You can walk to many DC sites, the metro station is 5 minutes away.
The only downside in the room is that, while the open space design is cool and modern, it gives very little privacy when using the bathroom. This fcould be inconvenient if you are not traveling alone."

"We experienced the MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE that you could possibly imagine at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel.
We had a small problem with our room that the Customer Service Staff resolved quickly and more than made up for the slight inconvenience.
Additionally, we were there to attend a funeral at Arlington National Cemetery and the dog sitter we had contracted with cancelled at the last minute.
While waiting for the dog sitter in the lobby, I was chatting with DES from Sheraton’s...

"I stayed at another location (Motel Six Camp springs) for 2 days. I would never go back there and spend $1.00. I got here by the Grace of God. It is Heaven to ME. The staff, especially, the manager, he personally helps his guests, when he's available. I can go out on the patio in the am and have my conversation with God without any distractions. It's so serene and peaceful..I love it!"

"This place is very clear. The staff were concerned about my wellbeing. When I first arrived, they told me about the meal plan, the event, and the policy. I didn't get breakfast maybe because I didn't pay for that but not a day someone came to my room with breakfast or told me about it. My room was clean all time. Moral room however, the room is very small and only good for a single person who wants to enjoy downtown of DC."

"This is the 2nd time I've stayed at CitizenM DC Noma due to its location that is near Congress/Union Station, and because it's a nice hotel. I've traveled solo both times I've stayed here and the size of the rooms are fitting for one person due to how compact they are but big enough to have a comfortable stay and with the amenities it has.The area around the hotel is safe and not far from restaurants and shopping."
