"Nice jet tub room , spacious, great location, lots of shopping and dining options walking distance including a farmers market and a mall. They gave the spa in the basement and I tried to book a massage but waited too long and they were booked up. They had a 45 min special for 35 Euro for hotel guests."

"It was a sound proof room. We had a king size bed, the mattress was from not soft. There were large pillows, 2 firm and 2 soft. When you turn of the lights in the bathroom, the exhaust fan takes a few minutes to turn off automatically. The breakfast was great. We had hot cheese omelet made and there was scrambled eggs at the buffet with sausages and some veggies like different bell peppers and olives. "The hotel was very well located and within easy walking distance to many activities as well as several train lines. The room was large, clean, and comfortable with the tall ceilings and windows being a nice touch. The separate seating area and small kitchen were nice to have. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions."

"We had a late check out and I can say that the staff took care of it professionally, ensuring that we can get to our room quickly and safely after reception office hours. Free breakfast is served in a quaint dining area with a garden view. Thoughtful selection in the food. They allowed us to leave our bags for several hours after checkout which was really helpful!"

"The pans to cook on need to be replaced they are in awful condition and some of the cooking utensils were broken (handles falling off) but otherwise the place was great to stay at, clean, had everything you need and very easy check in/out, fast response from host when needed."

"They have issue with alarm system. Out of 10 last times i stayed 3 times i was woken up at late hours due to false alarm. Same happened this time, false alarm at 4.30am that ruins everyone sleep so whole hotel has to go out."

"Tolles Hotel, mit tollem Personal. Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einer wenig befahrenen Gasse. Der zentrale Platz von Zagreb ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar oder aber mit dem Bus. Über Zimmer, Bad, Frühstück kann ich nur positives sagen. Die Hotelterrasse bietet einen schönen Ausblick und lädt zu chillen ein."
