"Stayed one night. Property is very charming and in great location. No lift and very narrow stairs can be awkward with luggage. We were very well looked after though, arriving a bit early and needing to stow our luggage. The wonderful House Keeping Lady (apologies didn’t get her name) advised we could come back in an hour or so and when we did found she had taken our luggage up 2 flights to our room. Very delicious breakfast included. Would stay again. "

"Overall is ok just when we booked via hotel .com that supposed is 3 rooms apartment for fix for 6 but when we reached in Australia for checked in we were told that the amount we have paid is only meant for 2 persons but 3 rooms apartment . We required to pay extra AUD 25 per night per person . This is our honest feedback that we are not satisfied with extra costs and it doesn’t make sense we booked 3 rooms for 2 person .
