"What a great resort. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this place truly deserves one. Even before our trip started, the staff contacted us about our arrival at the airport, which is a free service they provide. When we landed in Phu Quoc, the staff was already waiting for us. We felt so welcomed. When we arrived at the hotel, they greeted us with a free, delicious non‑alcoholic drink.
With the infinity pool in the center of the building and the ocean waves crashing right in front of it, the view was absolutely gorgeous. Our breakfast was free and super delicious beautifully presented with so many varieties to choose from. The restaurant staff was always happy to assist.
The rooms were clean, and housekeeping came every day. This place took care of us from A to Z.
