Hotel di Gangkou

"There are some good things about this hotel but overall I don’t think it deserves 5 stars. The best thing about it is the location, it’s got its own beach access and is also an easy walk to Kenting street. The pool is also nice, although they close it in the middle of the day for cleaning. They have a lot of amenities, but most of them were closed while we were there. The food was just ok. The staff was a mixed bag, some were friendly and helpful but others couldn’t be bothered. The building...

"Sensational hotel, amazing staff. It is on a stunning location and is a beautiful building. We highly recommend this. To get to “5” (which I rarely give) it would need to rotate the menu once per week (it need only have two menus and alternate them weekly) and get the pool staff to give you water and bring the towels to you. They are trifling matters. If they really wanted to earn it they could put in 4 bar stools so that you didn’t have to sit at the same tables you had dinner last night and...

"Clean room with ocean view, comfortable and large bath tab. Staff is super kind, especially Mr. Wang. Walking distance to beautiful beach! Great breakfast buffet"

"Pool was nice, beach was nice but no comfortable chairs anywhere on resort to relax on"

"We had a great time there."

"Fantastic location! Not too many restaurants near walking distance, however, a few minutes away is the main street with lots of choices! Staff was super wonderful and accommodating! Room was spacious and perfect!"

"It’s an excellent hotel in a great location. My only feedback would be that the internet is awful and modern hotels should really have reliable internet at an acceptable speed."

"Loved this boutique hotel. Thoughtful details, great staff, awesome location. Thank you!"
