"Amazing hotel in an exciting district of Palermo. All the staff were super helpful & friendly. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious. We loved our two night stay, we were able to arrive early & leave our bags & given refreshments which made our first day in Palermo sightseeing a great experience. Perfect is you are travelling by train as it’s an easy walk to the station."

"We had an amazing stay here. We were greeted at the entrance by Emiliano who grabbed our bags and brought them upstairs. Barbara was very friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was going to be top notch and also making recommendations for places to eat in the area (which were all great). The rooms were clean and offered everything we needed - including a small water heater and instant coffee. That may not sound like much but it was tremendous for us. "Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. The building has a small (but mighty) lift if needed. Online concierge was a nice touch and accessible via WhatsApp during their designated hours. No complaints and...

"We arrived at 930 pm down a very narrow city road and saw an imposing old door as our arrival point. We sent a text to the hotel to say we were outside and Francisco joined momentarily. Once we got into the building - a renovated palace and shown to our room any fears we may have had were quickly dismissed. The room was spacious and the bathroom and shower were magnificent Francisco and Giorgio were great hosts"
