"This hotel was extremely difficult to get to. It was listed as being only an 8–10 minute walk from the metro, but the reality was very different. The hotel is currently surrounded by an active building site, and reaching it involved walking through a poorly signposted tunnel that felt confusing and inconvenient. Very clean and the room was roomy. Good amount of counter space in the bathroom. Very close. To transit and grocery store I enjoyed my stay there"

"I was traveling with 2 children ages 8 and 11. We were excited about going to a hotel with a pool. Come to find out that they were not allowed to use the pool. You had to be 16 years old. I did get the breakfast buffet. It was very good. Except the scrambled eggs were under cooked the 1st day, so I didn’t get those. I got the omelette instead which was good. They had a waffle maker station, and tons of other choices. I liked that they let us store our luggage before check in and after check...

"The breakfast and dinner is excellent. The public rooms are lovely. The building itself is very attractive and the front garden tables and chairs were very nice and welcoming. The room was fine - a bit drab as no pictures, smallish but cute and no complaint. The only thing I didn’t like was no room cleaning during the extended stays. They did say you could request it the night before but I did not feel comfortable asking. Guess that’s my problem."

"It is a wonderful property in a great setting to ready access to everything on Gamla Stan and much on the other islands. The staff was very helpful with helping us find gluten free friendly restaurants, answering our questions from the most mundane (how to get to a certain place) to more interesting questions, like the meaning of the three crowns. We'd highly recommend the hotel to others. Also, it is a perfect spot for first time visitors to the city of Stockholm."
