"The room/suite was amazing. It's set in a beautiful mansion in the middle of Pisa. 5 minutes from the cafe/restaurant strip & Tower of Pisa.
The host was very accommodating & helpful. We could not have had an easier check in & checkout.
Highly recommended"

"We were given three keys: one to the building, one to the door of the apartment and one to the bedroom. The key to the building did not work well, It look us at least 10 minutes to get it to open the door after much jiggling. The door to the apartment had to be manually locked from the inside. Other clients to the apartment entered the apartment late at night and failed to lock this door! For safety reasons this door lock should be replaced by a self locking one.

"We just stayed for one night (Saturday) after coming in on an evening flight. Lovely clean, compact, modern room in central location with beautiful view over the river to wake up to. Loved the breakfast included in the cafe nearby and appreciated the water fountain in the hallway for filling our bottles as well as the complimentary drinks in the mini fridge. Lots of bars/restaurants in the area which can be a plus or minus depending on what you are looking for as the bar noise (especially on a...

"We really loved the place. It’s huge, central located. We walked to the pisa tower and station and it’s also close to the airport and a lot of places to eat nearby, Maybe because it’s so big some details were missed such as we found the shower a bit dirty hair strands from previous guest but for the rest no complain."

"Great hotel, easy to walk to Pisa centre.
Staff were either v helpful at check in ( a young lady, sorry I did not get her name) , or to lazy to help us later when room key to our room would not work , the gentleman on reception had my 69year old husband going up and down 3 times to get it fixed, blamimg us!!
Eventually he reluctantly came upstairs on my husbands insistance + agreed the fault was on their side, no apology given at all! V poor service.
As we were leaving early a takeaway...

"There were problems with the following things in my room with a bathroom:
WiFi dropped constantly
Bidet broken
Ants in the bathroom
Tv so high on the wall that it was unwatchable
Wardrobe with only three hangers
Doors left open to the building and hotel
Air conditioner turned off at about 1 AM every night
Clock was so ugly
Toilet seat broken
I messaged about the WiFi and the bidet problems, but they didn’t do anything or offer any assistance."
