"Comfortable bed and very soft pillows. Nice small balcony looking out towards the mountains. Versatile coffee machine in the lobby (cappuccino, lates, etc). Walking distance from the Old City in Safed, along safe sidewalks, if you're willing to spend 20-30 minutes in the sweet mountain air. Pretty clean room. "The Michel House is. a beautiful place just on the edge of the old city. It has been renovated with modern amenities but still holds the original feel. The view from the rooftop is spectacular. The manager and the owner were very kind and welcoming. The hardest part was getting there through the city and the parking. But since it it in the center of the city, I guess that is to be expected.
