Great slow stay

It was a great slow stay (as they call it there), the design, the staff hospitality, the huge amount of sitting spots (indoor/outdoor) was great and the breakfast was one of the best I've ate, but the dinner was something worth improving, not the variety (which was good) but how you make/serve meat/fish.
