"Great staff from front desk to cleaning and breakfast room staff (friendly and helpful). The pool, spa and sauna are a nice addition. The room was a little dated but well-appointed (robes, hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave, frig). I also loved the balcony that faced the river. The chowder at 5pm and hot cookies at 2pm were fantastic! The free breakfast was a nice touch too. Ill be back!"

"Our first trip to Seaside was a success and this hotel worked well for exploring the area. It has a cute coastal vibe and although the exterior looked a little rough, the inside was a pleasant surprise — clean, comfortable, and more updated than expected. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. "Had a lovely stay in the standard king room. Room is very spacious and clean. The bed - though a bit too soft for me was cozy, with really great quality sheets. The location can’t be beat with walking distance to the beach and one block from coffee shops and restaurants. Dog friendly rooms came with bowls and even a treat for our dog! The breakfast basket is such a nice treat. Would stay here again and again."

"Clean is room and staffs was friendly, I was able to check in early than 4pm and it was very helpful when traveling with young kids. Breakfast was great but was hoping to have more variety on hot food. Pool is dark and small, water is not so clear, and we only swam one time. Walking distance to other attractions and view is great from the patio. Would like to stay next time."

"The “assessable” accommodations were not what we needed. Staff made verbal arrangements to change to a better room the next day but when we ask the morning staff they said they could not do anything. We ended up without a room at all and had to scramble to find an assessable new hotel for the night in a bust tourist community. Limited options made the change difficult and we were lucky to find a room at all."
