"I cannot express enough how kind, friendly and “above and beyond” the entire staff is here. From the moment we arrived to loading our car to leave, everyone we met was extremely helpful. The facility is beautiful and in a perfect location for views of and access to the beach. But honestly, the beautiful lodging is truly secondary to the kindness of the staff. "First time at Cannon beach and loved staying here. Loved we could walk to Haystack Rock at low tide and see the sea creatures and birds. The bonfire at night was perfect. My husband enjoyed looking for the sand dollar and found it. Will definitely stay here again."

"There was no one there to meet us, help out or talk with. ….only a phone number to text if there was a problem. We were given a code for the front door and the key to our room was in the door to our room. Our room, #6, had a stand alone tub with a lip that was 30 inches high. We are in our late 70’s and neither of us could climb into to tub to take a shower. So we did without showers for 3 days. And there was nothing on the tub bottom to keep you from slipping.
