"I loved everything about the Wilde but unfortunately cannot give five stars since the water pressure in our bathroom was terrible. There was air in the pipes and the flow would just trickle and stop at times…staff gave us access to another suite for showering and even offered us a different suite but it was a hassle to repack and unpack again…I will stay there again provided it is a lower floor and no plumbing issues! Staff are absolutely lovely and I really felt cared for ❤️"

"An absolute (new) hidden gem for London hotel options! I had the pleasure of staying a few nights and I highly recommend it. The staff are lovely and a shout-out to the reception team who were friendly, helpful, and supportive. The hotel is very new and so has the new-smell vibe and so make for a very comfortable stay. The room was very well appointed and a comfortable size for central London, with excellent soundproofing from external noise and between rooms. The bed was great and the bathroom...

Abbiamo eseguito delle modifiche accettate senza ulteriori extra. Abbiamo avuto al check in dei problemi con il prezzo ma solo al check out i soldi ci sono stati restituiti nella carta dopo nostra segnalazione."

"The hotel was nice, rooms were small even though we had a delux (?) disappointed there were no bottles of water. Nespresso machine would have been nice. Bedding was nice. Bed comfortable but small. They did had a play on in the lounge area which we thought was weird so we couldn’t sit and have a drink and chat!!"

"The rooms in Adagio are absolutely brilliant. Spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Reminded me of a pricy skiing apartment in France. Location is vibrant but you're 15 minutes walk from the City of London. "

"Great place. They have a good, responsive chat AI I think? Answers all questions promptly and accurately. Excellent location with easy tube access. And Great property in the middle of london. Saved us a lot on breakfast because we would easily cook in the kitchen. Although, I would say travel light as there is no lift/elevator and to fetch heavy suitcase up the stairs was a workout. But otherwise Great place."

"Stayed for a week with my husband. The hotel is nice and modern but the rooms are pretty small. Had issues on multiple days with the wifi and made several complaints. Our refrigerator wasn’t working for 4 days, come to find out it was not turned on. We had food go bad inside it. Appreciated the free room upgrade as it gave us more space, however the new room lacked the washing machine we were looking forward to using. Breakfast options were good and was reasonably priced as well."

"Really good location with quick access to transportation and not far from Tower Bridge. Restaurants conveniently located in hotel. Bathroom in room rather small and not best layout but overall a nice hotel with nice decor."
