"The location was excellent especially after attending Jin’s concert at Prudential center. The room, bathroom was spacious.It took a long time for the shuttle to arrived to the airport. I don’t why there’s no microwave in the room.☹️ They were able to refund the security deposit the day of our checkout. Something that I like since you can actually see that it was refunded. "Hotel itself was wonderful. Great staff, super clean and renovated facilities, and wide brightly lit hallways. Parking was a little obnoxious - while Expedia claims you can park for $20/night, that's not true. That is a member's only price not accessible to visitors so you pay $25/night but you get in-and-out privileges and they're open 24 hrs a night so it's doable. Just make sure you sign up to park with them immediately when you drive in.. if you try to park in temp parking and go check in...

"very convenient stay before / after cruise. We just stayed several hours after our cruise before our plane left. Nice and clean for a room with kit privileges, However, it is in a neighborhood that has problems and has a giant machine to video- saying- "we're keeping ur neighborhood safe" NOT in a neighborhood you would want to take a walk about in"
