"I appreciated the friendly staff accommodating my early check-in when I really needed it. The hotel has been nicely renovated. The only thing missing was an à la carte breakfast option or at least good coffee. They only offered a buffet with pastries and cold cuts. It would be great if they could serve quality coffee and simple breakfast options like eggs for vegetarians. There aren’t many places open early for breakfast in the LES—just coffee spots with croissants or muffins. "

"Great location! close to F train for easy access to BK or midtown. Good eats and bars walking distance. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my city view room, it was spacious and bed was comfortable. I Will be back! "
