Having a kitchen with all the necessary appliances and cutlery, and a washer/dryer was a huge benefit! "Room was clean with lots of space and staff was friendly. We loved the coffee/hot cocoa machine-24 hours. It was fun being attached to the beautiful mall. It was walking distance to anywhere we needed to go. My only issues were, I booked a balcony room thinking it would have a great view, but it was looking into the mall and we couldn't even see anything in the mall. Also, I forgot my medication, and they were not very helpful in wanting to ship it to me, even though I was going to pay for...
