"Our family a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in Jerusalem. The building itself is full of history and charm, giving a truly authentic experience. Everything was spotless and well-kept, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. "Always amazing to stay at the Orient, although noticed front desk reception is totally understaffed.
Waited for a long time to check in at 2pm and also waited for close to 5 mins when checking out at 6.30am.
Need more staff. Unacceptable for the quality of the hotel. "
