"Our wifi got cut-off at 22h00,tried using the phone it didn't go through.Called directly to reception and they said someone is coming to fix until morning came. I was disappointed. "

"Great walkable from the shopping area and because of the parking included you don’t have to pay to park in the mall. I didn’t eat onsite as so can’t review the food. Staff were friendly and the place is fairly modern and of a decent standard. Would stay again"

"It was only a one night stay, in transit to Krüger NP. Everything was alright. The wifi was much better in the public area than in the room though. Rosebank Mall is within walking distance so you can do your shopping easily if needed. They have their own parking as well."

"Lovely hotel and quite unique. The rooms were large, pretty and clean, the staff was very friendly, food was delicious, and the restaurant, lounge area and garden were very nice too. They didn’t serve alcohol in the Lounge, so that’s my only note and we also had trouble using the safe in the room. Overall great experience, I’m glad we chose this hotel. "
