I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by my stay at this Four Seasons hotel. I am used to staying in this group all over the world and this property is absolutely not in line with their usual standards. From the moment I arrived, the experience was frustrating and completely unacceptable.
The room was not properly cleaned, with a clear lack of care and attention. Even worse, there were serious security issues. The door locking system was faulty and unreliable, something I personally showed several times to the cleaning staff and also to a manager, yet nothing was properly fixed. On top of that, I experienced a shocking aggression from a security guard who behaved aggressively towards me even though I was a resident guest. This level of behavior is completely unacceptable and deeply unprofessional.
It is also obvious that not all clients are treated the same way in this hotel, which is extremely disappointing. They tried to compensate by offering a massage, and I must say the spa was the only professional part of this hotel, but this does not make up for everything else.
The restaurant staff made me feel very unwelcome, to the point that I avoided eating there and relied on room service. Unfortunately, room service was also poor, with incomplete orders and meat not cooked as requested.
This hotel feels like a cheap version of the Four Seasons brand. I do not recommend it to anyone.
