One of the best Hotels in Johannesburg. Staff were extremely helpful and very courteous. Food was very good and breakfast was amazing. Views of the city from the hotel are amazing. Definitely recommend.

Definitely lives up to the Four Seasons reputation but with South African flair. Super friendly and helpful staff and you get a feeling of peace and quiet with its unusual layout. Fully recommend

Charming hotel set on a cliffside. A real oasis in Johannesburg. Staff were wonderful. Rooms are very comfortable but a bit dated. Spa, gym and pool facilities are great. Have breakfast early in the morning. Beautiful view, and wonderful light.

Had a wonderful trip. Amazing stuff, great accommodation with views and wonderful pool. Booked through hotels.com as the garden room I wanted “was not available for a family of 3” on the hotels website but it has ample space and definitely no issue. The welcome cupcakes and pastries were absolute deliciousness. The fruit basket was a great idea. However the plum had rot on it so maybe a pre check on checking in? I look forward to our return visit

I rarely write reviews but this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The views, dining options and pool are lovely. There is space to walk after dinner which is such a treat in Joburg. But most of all the staff was just fabulous. We had 2 separate 1 night stays in our lay over days in Joburg and the hotel kindly agreed to keep a bag for us so we don't have to take it on our ongoing journey. On arrival, they checked us in at 9 am and a lovely complimentary breakfast was waiting for us in the room ( I suspect this is based on availability but it was so much appreciated after 10 hour overnight flight). Once we returned for the second night stay we had our bag waiting for us already and exactly the same room with staff even remembering my husband's breakfast order. We have stayed in many places in Joburg but I would struggle to find any that come close to such excellent service.

From the minute we arrived we knew this hotel was spectacular. The staff could not have been nicer. They went above and beyond for us, even providing spring water because mineral water was too harsh for us. Our room was beautiful. The cleanliness was top notch. The wait staff, especially Anesu, who also recommended great shopping, and Thembi. We will definitely return

very nice property with lovely facilities. Only complaint would be that the staff at the spa urged us to leave 45 minutes before closing, which was a bit unfortunate and very different from the treatment we had in the rest of the hotel
