Breakfast bar did not have coffe or tea. No pastries or any thing except cearal that was unrecognizable. Staff was not even slightly interested in being friendly. The cleaner used a dust pan and small broom to sweep the rooms no vacuumso dirt was everwhere along baseboards and furniture. Heating/cooling unit was full of dirtand when it came on it blew dirt all over the bed. Pillows were small. Only a sheet and thin sheet like blanket and sheet like cover on the bed that was waisr high so you needed a step stool to get on. The ice machine was out exposed to animal, even people who were not cutomers and the elements. No map was provided for finding amenities or information for tv channels, no alarm clock or radio. The mattress was okay but sled off frame. Not to mention the road construction probable the reason the dirt not their fault but made you miserable. The only saving grace was the hot water in the shower. The tub had at one time been anti slip but it had worn off and there was nothing to grab hold of so not handicap safe. Grab bara needs to be installed to protect everyone. This was the only option for our stay in Gainesville becase we got ticket to local concerts late. Will not stay again. Will not book through Expedia again because room rate did not include taxes and fees which was nearly a $ 100.00 extra.
