"The room was spacious and clean, and had a fantastic location. Check-in and check-out were easy. However, the room lacks some basic amenities: yes, there is no AC, which I knew, but there also aren't any fans whatsoever. "I would 100% recommend this apartment building. It was so close to the Eiffel Tower , metro station and so many great restaurants. The AC worked well during the heat wave as well."

"Notre séjour dans cet établissement n'a pas bien été (une seule nuit). Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la baignoire était complètement bouchée (l'eau stagnait indéfiniment) et que la toilette était défectueuse. Pour couronner le tout, Paris traversait une période de chaleur excessive et l'hôtel ne comportait aucune climatisation dans les chambres. L'air y était étouffant et l'état de la salle de bain rendait la situation tout simplement insupportable.
Le pire reste la gestion humaine...

"Fully equipped studio unit suitable for a couple. Location was fairly central if you don’t mind walking or taking the metro to major sights. No restaurant on site but numerous restaurants and cafes outside the door of the hotel. Groceries close by as well."
