The building is a design failure—calling it “noisy” is an understatement, as every word and footstep of other guests is noticeable. "To get into this place, you need to climb 20 steep steps. If you have heavy luggage, not easy. The laundry machine was acting very funny. Many times it ended up by non perfect way. Room itself is nice. 2 bedrooms and total of 3 beds. Towels are offered per a person. 1 big towel and 1 mini towel / pp. They have AC units and one heater. Oh there is a soba noodle place right next to it. I’d highly recommend to go enjoy Soba noodles!"

"The photos are accurate. The place is very clean and updated. The beds were comfortable. The parking spot fit a Toyota Noah van with maneuvering. Our family of 4 would come back. Two block walk from the river if you wanted a morning walk or jog along it. FYI the flight of stairs to living quarters is steep, narrow and approximately 20. You will need to be able to carry your suitcases up, especially difficult if large and heavy."

"Very clean, updated and staff friendly. Parking lots were a close walk. Breakfast good and restaurants for dinner in very close walking distance. No bathtub in the room, only shower. Also “onsen” is not mineralized, just hot chlorinated water. Easy to access one of the three private baths, with a short wait time. The ambiance in the baths was very relaxing and there’s an adjacent room with a massage chair and ice cream or a milky drink to enjoy after the bath."
