"Wonderful attention to detail especially around graduation weekend!"

"Lobby was nice and inviting. The registration staff were pleasant. We were there for my son’s MBA graduation and they had treat bags for the graduation guests. 😁 The hotel room was clean The decor was a little dated but not terribly. Toilet was constantly running but we were so busy there was no time to report it. Breakfast was limited and according to my son “Meh” so we got Dunkin Donuts. Checkout was effortless."

"The difference in what you see online is not what you get when you arrive. It looks abandoned. We got there and our bed was STAINED with burn holes in the comforter. I get that it was a smoking room but the STAINS!? We immediately went back down and got a new room. But the wall was stained in various places in various colors, shower was cracked, floor was dirty, the carpet has this awful feel. We didn't even stay. We ended up on an air mattress at a friend's house."

"There was no hot water in our rooms and by time it was fixed was too late for us. The safe did not work and lock, which was problematic. The cost of the room was jacked up and to not offer breakfast at that price was a huge disappointment. I will question whether I stay at a Hilton in the future."

"I stayed for 5 days on the fourth floor. It was clean and quiet and felt safe. All staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem is that the outside road can be noisy, otherwise the stay was perfect."

"We had to wait at check-in for several minutes for the front staff to come back up to our room and let us in because our keys didn’t work. In the morning we couldn’t get into the fitness room till after the time that we needed to be leaving. The hours of the amenities was not clear on their advertisement."
