"The room was spacious, and mine had a shower rather than a bathtub, which I preferred. The water pressure was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Sandra, Joyce, and the lovely gentleman on the night shift who helped resolve a room issue. The complimentary breakfast was genuinely amazing, with top-notch quality food. The location is very central, making it easy to walk everywhere, with several convenience stores and shopping areas nearby. There’s a communal coffee machine on the second floor offering tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, although there isn’t a kettle in the room. The beds were very comfortable, and I slept really well. My room was relatively quiet, as it didn’t face the bar or the street. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for female solo travelers, as it felt very safe."

"This hotel is sooo convient . The express bus leaves you outside the door. The breakfast is amazing - sets you up for the day. Everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend."

"Bergen bors Hotel is an excellent place to stay. The room was extra large with all of the amenities one would expect in a great hotel. The breakfast is exceptional, with everything one would expect in regard to choice. The room where you eat was formally a stock market snd is large , with wonderfully painted walls and it is ideally to the UNESCO designated area."

"The location is absolutely perfect - in the very centre of all the action. Room was clean and functional. Breakfast was amazing. Staff could have been a little more helpful at reception. They seemed disinterested. On arrival the lifts were not working so we had to go through the back and use the staff lift. Then our TV streaming wasn’t connecting. As a solution we were made to pack up and come down to reception to be re-roomed, only to find out the same problem was present in the next room. This was resolved by the next day. Overall the location wins - so I would recommend. "
