"Breakfast menu was not good "

"The service was outstanding and we loved the breakfast, happy hour and food at night. Great place to stay for families"

"They SUCK. They canceled my room reservation and didn’t say anything until I got there, and then they acted like i it WAS NOT them who canceled it."

"The room was relatively clean. I specifically requested in the morningto have housekeeping clean my room and they never came. I asked for towels they never came. Overall, I would say 2 1/2 stars out of five."

"Very nice property. Our King Junior Suite had plenty of room. There was a nice seating area with a large workspace, TV, fridge, microwave, and sink. King bed was very comfortable. Bedroom had a door, which was nice. Room was clean with adequate amenities. Breakfast was good and kept stocked. Only negative was the cooling in the room. We got very warm, as the outside temperature was upper 80s. Room was set to 65 and we were still too warm. Overall, very good and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there...

"The bathroom needs significant updating. There was not shampoo/conditioner available in our room. The rooms are nice sizes and have a couch with a pullout bed for extra people which is nice. "

"Room was clean but the hotel is rough around the edges. The bed is on a metal stand and every time when sat on, it made at large “crashing” sound. Just startling but the bed was comfortable. I didn’t try the breakfast"

"Mostly everything was okay, except the fridge somehow caused my leftover dinner to be flooded with water. Something was odd about the way condensation built up on the inside. Other than that, the only thing I didn't like was finding some hair on my hand towel near the bathroom, and that wasn't too big of a deal. Mostly the motel room was great!"

"Which hotel at 2:45 to check in they told me the room wasn’t ready with it for an hour. Came back. Still wasn’t ready. Wait it again for next hour. Come back then they tell me they didn’t have a room for me. I’m coming all the way from CANADA with my kids for basketball tournament. 2 of my kids has Down Syndrome atautistic and the other one has Crohn’s we’ve been travelling for eight hours and they tell me they don’t have a room for me that I booked. I tried to go to other places to see if they...

"This property was very unclean rooms had poor circulation. There was items that belonged to the hotel in the hallways. The outside of the hotel was very unclear. Garbage was piled up outside. Avoid staying here."

"The room I stayed in was bare minimum. We had nothing in it besides beds and 1 desk chair. I had hoped to have a coffee pot or microwave or mini fridge. We had to go buy a cooler to put drinks in. The only upside was we saw no bugs of any kind. The bed spreads had burn marks on underside. So at first I thought it was a bug. The room was disappointing to say the least. I found out towards the end of our stay that there is an elevator and we didn’t have to climb and lug suitcases up three flights...

"A disgusting place, they have no staff, anyone can go in, homeless people come and break into the rooms, they don't have towels or cleaning service, it's a place for pigs."
