"Hyatt was nice. Located across the street from a brewery. Hotel had a convention center attached. Breakfast is normal.. have stayed here twice. A little of a drive from downtown but free parking, closer to outlets. Have had two different bathrooms. One had a double shower head, another leaked from the bottom glass door. Overall, price point is worth the stay."

"The rooms were clean and very modern, European style. Vinyl floors, would have liked throw rugs by bed. Shower and bathroom were fantastic. Small restaurant was good, limited menu, but good. My Lime chicken was great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"I always feel so much pressure to pick the right hotel for the right price and this last one was great! The price $99/night and the hotel was clean, simple, and staff were kind. The continental breakfast was also nice and the parking was free and close to hotel. We felt safe and would return if needed to come to the area again. 👍"

"I did like the hotel was recently renovated, but the cleanliness of the carpet in the four year of the hotel was not well kept. Trash, overflowing by the elevator and by the eating areas."

"I did not like the fact that there was no comfortable seating. I am short elderly person. The chairs were uncomfortable and the couch seating was too low."

"The hotel was ok. It needs updates. But for the price it was decent. The breakfast was not good though but if you need something real quick and don’t have time then it works, again the price is basically what you are getting. The staff was nice. There was trains though at times that was a little disruptive, I didn’t realize we were right by train tracks."

"The room was nice very clean and spacious. Our room was missing a blow dryer and only had 2 towel and 2 wash cloths for 3 adults. Also the pullout bed came with a bag that had 1 pillow and a very scratchy blanket, there were no sheets or bed covers for the mattress on it. The property itself was fine. Cleanish for a busy hotel. The entire place smelled like marijuana smoke but that’s just about everywhere now. The staff members were very friendly and housekeeping although she did not speak...

"I could name a number of things, but to save you the reading, when I showered the next morning I held one of the “clean” towels up to the light, it revealed faint yellow stains from another guests piss. I dried off with my clean underwear :)"

"Room was clean but beds were very uncomfortable window was cracked and wouldn't close and wouldn't open refrigerator wouldn't work had problems with the TV and how to ask multiple times and finally after the fourth time somebody had to physically follow me up to get them to fix it for me ask them to take the trash out and replace towels while I was gone for the day did not do that had to ask again and it's been 4 days and I'm still waiting on my deposit"

"I was supposed to stay here for one night while out of town for work. The room was so stuffy and stinky I ended up sleeping in my car. I’m not usually picky either I rough it pretty regularly. The icing on the cake was check out. I had put a deposit for the room & they wanted my card to put the deposit back. They said putting the money back declined & I never got the deposit back from the room I never used."

"Julius was very nice and helpful! The cleaning crew was also very nice and helpful. Room was clean overall. The pool was dirty…had dirty pool towel everywhere and other trash around and no clean pool towels."
