A very clean room with friendly staff and convenient albeit limited parking. Our issues came from the rail radiator in the bathroom not working as well as the bathroom being cold overall. The check in and check out processes were seamless.

Hampton by Hilton York Piccadilly
Room and bathroom were clean on arrival the lift was not working which was a pity. Breakfast was ok but no staff to greet guest and advise them of what was available nor checking we had paid for breakfast. Hotel is in a good location although there is building work going on around it.
