"Beautiful location and view was incredible! Onsen are clean and lots of amenities. Meals included with the stay (12 course kaiseki dinner and breakfast buffet) were soooo delicious. Staff was very helpful including bringing an early shuttle bus in for just the two of us so we would be on time for our Shinkansen! Many Japanese travelers and very few foreigners so not a lot of staff speak English but they were very helpful and accommodating. It was much more of a more Japanese vibe versus the metropolitan city vibe of Tokyo or the very tourist saturated Kyoto which was what made it a really special part of our trip."
