Room is clean and new. Love the view with Shinkanen and part of the castle. Friendly and helpful staff. Close the station. The only downside is the relatively old design of the lobby

Great staff. Room is great. As it was a return stay from few days earlier, they had helped to have my deposited luggage ready in my room.

Fukuyama New Castle Hotel
I loved my room! It had a castle view and was very clean. The staff was friendly and helped me open a Ramune soda bottle. I recommend this hotel to others and would stay again.

Yutori
The room was wonderful and clean. But the pillows were very thin. You need to get softer, thicker pillows. Everything else was great. We will stay there again if we are ever back that way.
