Stayed in a twin room. The beds were so close. Room space is ok. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is great. Would definitely stay again.

Great choice near the Hakata train station

This was my first experience with a Japan Rail managed hotel and I was very pleased with the service and the room I got was very nice for the price. Very well situated and quiet. I would go back in a heartbeat. Even the price for breakfast was reasonable. I recommend this place to anybody.

Excellent choice

So close to Hakata station and was really comfortable. I'm impressed with the room size, larger than many of the other hotel chains in and around Japan. Receptionist even assisted with our luggage transfer to the next hotel. She had kindly rung up the next hotel to confirm they would be happy to accept the luggages in advance prior to our arrival.

Very comfortable and clean multi day stay!

The rooms were well organized, clean and had the space as described. The beds were very comfortable. And my child (10yo) stayed free as she shared a bed with us. She was also given a small bag of amenities with her own slippers as well! The staff were very helpful and they were also able to hold a few of our luggage just over a week as we travelled into central/southern Kyushu before returning for another stay back in Fukuoka. This helped immensely. Location was also great, roughly 10 min walk to Hakata station and Canal City so it was a very convenient location.

Some staff refuse to help making a locoal restaurant reservation at the first time. However, we tried to ask someone else later on and got a very positive and thoughtful fallow up. We got a kind reminder regarding the booking in print that surprises me.

1. Amenities - tooth brush, coffee, tea, wooden stirring, cotton swab, etc. - can be taken on the 2nd floor. 2. An unfinished cup of beverage is not removed by the hotel keeper. He/she puts a cover on the top of the cup. 3. The hotel clerks are kind. I asked a question to them and they answered kindly. They used a portable translator for fast and accurate communication.
