Room was very clean. Kitchen was very well equipped and amenities were provided. Air conditioning and heater was working well. There were no staff (self check in and check out with the ipad). The only issue was that the hot water was not working well and this can be improved. Otherwise, it was a good stay

Had a wonderful stay here

Our stay was very good. The management personnel may not be present at the lobby all the time but they are very reaponsive and immediately attended to our request/needs. At one point our main door automatic lock malfunctioned and we asked the management to send someone to help us and they did. They also constantly communicated with us regarding our upcoming stay days before our arrival. Instructions to the equipment found in the hotel was provided, I just hope this was mentioned in their email earlier. The room is spacious with enough amenities for a comfortable short stay. The neighborhood ia quiet and is accessible to different means of transport. I would just like to point some points for improvement. I hope there will be a clothesline for drying clothes after being machine washed. It would be okay to have scissors in addition to the knife. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Like good stay like my home

Very comfortable compare to business hotel. and safety anf privacy is better. The other option like air conditioner and auto Washing machine is good . Looks like my house condition. Not worried about to stay. I will stay if i visit fukuoka again.. There are near convience store like family mart and 7-eleven and lawson . There is near Nakasu-kawabata metro station . It takes 10 minutes by walk.

Health hazard. Mold on rooms, not clean, smells horrible, bed was wet from humidity. We checked out 20 minutes after check in, due to one of us getting asthma triggerings from being there. 0 stars if possible. Would not recommend.

It delivers but everything is automated and no one to talk to even if i sent an email ahead to ask if we can leave the luggage for 1 hour before check-in no response. The family room as 1 double bed. The rest are folding mattresses that you need to setup. But overall good

Large Room with a balcony. Apartment style rooms with kitchen/laundry appliances available. Only stayed for 1 night, very spacious room. Self Check can be tricky, check your email the day before check in for instructions. Check in tablet has very small button for changing language, lucky another guest helped us check in.

Need maintenance and clean

The bed sheet were dirty with stain on the extra sets (we booked for a room for 4 adult, so the extra sets were expected to be used during our stay) the comforter were dirty and clean bed sheets were not provided. We had to use the bath towels to cover the stains. There were stain on the carpet too…
