Clean appartement in quiet area. 15-20 minutes on foot from Hakata Station. Fastidious check-in procedures. No chairs to sit. Visitors should be aware that all beds are accessible by steep ladders. It is not a place for older people or small children.

博多駅まで徒歩10分くらいととても便利な立地です。近くにイオンや長浜ラーメンのお店や商店街もありました。リーズナブルで楽しく過ごすことができました。4名利用で、ロフトやソファベッドで寝ました。ハシゴで登るので難しい方もいると思います。また、上の階のお風呂と洗面、洗濯の音が、ロフトに響いてとてもうるさかったです。カーペットとお風呂場の隅の汚れが気になりました。

まず、玄関入ってすぐに髪の毛が落ちていて 清掃が行き届いてないなと思いました。 トイレホルダーはネジが外れていたのでトイレットペーパーが落ちてきて使い物になりません。 良い口コミもあったので半信半疑で利用しましたが二度と泊まることはないです。 皆さんが快適に過ごせる様に清掃をきっちりした方が良いと思います。

絨毯の髪の毛が気になったが、掃除機で清掃した。後は良かった！ロフトは子ども達も楽しめて良かった！ 洗濯乾燥もできた。天気も良かったので、目の前の公園でチェックインまでゆったりと待てた。

리뷰가 모두 애매하길래 걱정을 많이 했는데 저는 매우 만족스러웠습니다! 추가로 결제하는 비용은 1000엔 이하였고 갑작스럽게 인원을 추가했는데 직원분께서 친절하게 답변 주시고 체크인하면서 편하게 카드로 결제할 수 있었습니다. 아파트형이라 인덕션이랑 가벼운 조리도구도 있었으며, 작은 욕조, 세탁기도 있었습니다. 소음은 제가 숙박하는 당시에는 꽤나 조용한 편이였으며 히터도 잘 나와서 따뜻하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 다만 화장실은 정말 작고 좁아서 조금 불편하다고 생각할 수 있을 거 같습니다:) 숙소 앞 작은 공원에 살고 있는 두마리 고양이가 있는데 너무 착하고 귀여웠고 아침에 숙소 관리자분 또는 동네분들을 만나면 먼저 아침 인사를 해주셔서 기분 좋게 하루를 시작할 수 있었습니다☺️

掃除の意識が低い。

ロフトの窓は壊れていて開いていた。吸引力の弱い掃除機しかなく、ラグもソファも埃っぽく、床はザラザラしており到着早々に掃除から始まりました。部屋の棚の上や電子レンジの上も埃が溜まっていた。壁と床境目が全て埃が溜まっていた。 連絡すれば直ぐに対応はしてくれました。

Schöne Wohnung für 1-2 Nächte

Schönes, neues Apartment fußläufig zum Hakata Bahnhof. Check-In reibungslos. Coin laundry ums Eck zum Trocknen der in der Wohnung gewaschenen Wäsche. Spielplatz vor der Tür. Küchenausstattung ok. Viele Restaurants ums Eck. Wenig Platz im Eingangsbereich (Kinderwagen hat gerade so Platz). Kein Aufzug (wohnten jedoch im EG). Sehr harte Betten (dünner Futon auf Vinylboden). Unbequemes Sofa (sind wohl die gleichen in allen Apartments von TripPod. Gab leider keine Möglichkeit seinen Müll zu entsorgen, oder wir haben es nicht gesehen (Stichwort: Windel).

清潔さやロケーションとても快適。 ただし、キッチンがついているが、調理器具の設備がイマイチ。 宿泊した部屋は包丁がなく、皿もなかったため(フライパンやカップはあった)など用意してあるものがチグハグのため部屋での調理は厳しい。

만족스러운 숙소였습니다:)

7월 중순에 총 3명이서 1박 숙박 했고, 저와 일행 모두 숙소가 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 공원이 바로 앞에 두고 있고 로슨/세븐일레븐 등 편의점과 큰 대로변에서 숙소로 들어오는 길에 중소형 마트가 있어 간단히 식품과 여행용 생필품을 구매하기 좋습니다. 많은 분들이 온수 10분과 관련해 걱정 하실텐데, 저랑 일행은 한번도 끊키지 않고 잘 사용 했습니다. 자동 샤워기처럼 적절히 단수 해가며 썼기 때문일지도 모르겠지만 온수가 끊키는 적은 없었습니다. 큰 대로변에서 숙소까지 걸어가는 길은 7-8분 정도 걸렸던것 같습니다. 그 점 유의하시고 여성분들끼리 머무신다면 저녁 늦게 돌아다니시는것은 피하시는게 좋을것 같습니다. (주변에 외노자 분들이 밤 늦게까지 길거리에 돌아다니시더라구요)

○チェックイン先から宿泊先まで送ってくれるサービスがあると嬉しい。土地勘がなかったため歩いて迷い1時間以上もスーツケースを持ったまま泣きそうになりながら到着 ○バスタオルがとても汚くて鳥肌が立った

온쑤 10뿐 이쌍 틀묜 끊귀기뛔문에 욕쪼사용을 모탐. 찌인 또움으로 짜가용 이용했으니 편해쮜만 업써쑤면 쫌 힘드러쓸거 가틈. 쳌킨장쏘와 거뤼가 먼 편.. 하지만 나머지는 더할나위 없이 좋았어요 ! 복층이나 이층침대 불편하신 분들은 비추!
